Managing Director, Mr Noel O’Brien has a unique mix of experience from executive board-level through to hands-on operations.

In addition to his formal qualifications in Corporate Directorship, OH&S and workplace training, Mr O’Brien is also qualified in a range of hands-on skills in the construction, manufacturing and electrical industries.

Mr O’Brien is serving his second term as a board member of the Clinical Excellence Commission, which is the peak body for quality and safety in health. 

He was Mayor of Gunnedah shire for two terms and has a breadth of executive level experience including Chairman of NSW Association of Mining Related Councils, Chairman of New England Area Health Service from 2000 – 2004, Corporate Governance Adviser to Southern Area Health Service and Macquarie Area Health Service. Noel is on the Board of Directors for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter service and is an ambassador for the National Breast Council Foundation..
